Stand Down

I received a call from John yesterday evening. He told me that we are not going to sail “Kenya Jacaranda” because the weather is closing in. The forecast is that the weather is oign to get worse and the skipper decided that they won’t leave Eastbourne until Sunday. We cannot make it back to London for work on Monday morning, so we are standing down. Hopefully we’ll be given the chance to sail her in the near future.
So, it looks like I am going to sail in the Welsh Harp on Sunday.
