Funnily enough I don&#8217;t think there is such a think as a probationary licence. It seems that <a href=\"http:\/\/proteam-astana.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Astana<\/a>\u00a0are getting away with a slap on the wrist and they will be subjected to more rigorous doping controls.<\/p>\n<p>As for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teameuropcar.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Europcar<\/a>, it seems that they don&#8217;t have the money. From what I understand, the <a href=\"http:\/\/uci.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">UCI<\/a> feel that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teameuropcar.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Europcar<\/a>\u00a0will not have enough cash to cover all the expenses for the whole WorldTour season. So, it seems that they will be getting a Pro Continental licence, instead.<\/p>\n<p>I really hope that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teameuropcar.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Europcar<\/a>\u00a0will manage to get more sponsorship next year to join in the ranks of the WorldTour teams and <a href=\"http:\/\/proteam-astana.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Astana<\/a>\u00a0will not make a mess of this year, from a doping point of you, that will make cycling look like a sport of cheats.<\/p>\n<!-- <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/yiannis.uk\/subsidyrisk.php\" title=\"qKX yyr FD  \">qKX yyr FD  <\/a> -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Breaking News: Astana is given a &#8220;probationary&#8221; licence, Europcar\u00a0not.
