Despite the delays for Bertha to pass, and with less than 12 hours since the race started there have already been 2 retirements.\u00a0Sir Robin Knox-Johnson&#8217;s Open 60, <strong>Grey Power<\/strong>, split the mainsail and\u00a0<strong>Concise 8&#8217;s<\/strong> mainsail track is coming off the mast.<\/p>\n<p>The tri-maran, <strong>OmanSail-Musandam<\/strong>, is doing 25 knots towards the North Sea having left Sunderland to the West (at the time of writing).
